What are the stages of Prevention?
The development of diseases can be separated into three stages.

The second stage presents the first symptoms but they are recognized only by doctors. Very often the disorder is caused by the environment.
Because of this the task grows: the harmful environmental effects must be eliminated if possible. The continuing health education involves the child and so they must learn the consequences of the disease. Prevention works best with the cooperation of the child.
In third stage the disease has developed unfortunately.
The basic task is to stop the deterioration of the condition and the completion of the treatment. In most cases the disease is curable and modification of lifestyle can prevent its recurrence.
