How to teach the exercises to your child?

1. View the animations together!

2. Try to demonstrate all the exercises to your child or ask someone to demonstrate instead!

3. Have your child perform them and the correct what's amiss.

4. Print and use during the training the 12 exercise lists, because they contain the information on repetitions! Circle the exercises that fit to your child's age!

5. Train 30 minutes, 3-times a week minimum! Place emphasis on performing exercises that help your child healthy development.

6. Converse with your child during the exercises using the below listed sentences as frame! Explain to them why it is important to perform a certain exercise a certain way! Gradually introduce them to the benefits and every aspects healthy living can offer!

7. Inform yourself about your child's possible injuries and keep them in mind before and during the sessions! Don't make them perform exercises that could hinder the injured parts recovery!

8. Praise your child immediately upon finishing the trainings!
